Hope

it took me a while to figure out how to name this image. i usually can come up with names for photos within seconds. this one is special.

hope is what i saw. hope was coming in a shape of a jeep. the jeep was about to save me from thirst. the cactus flower was so beautiful. the flower looked so juicy i thought of eating it. then i thought of preserving it in the salt from the desert it was raised from.

finally, i've decided to let it be. the wind was it's hope.

hope to see this place again.

Construction Collage

As I was waling back to the office after lunch I've stumbled upon this interesting collage in the heart of downtown Washington DC. At the bottom left is a historic district tourist board with a map of a Washington Heritage Trail and a portrait of President Lincoln. At the center is a locked red construction toilet owned by The Royal Throne. I find that to be a funny name for the related business:) All the way in the back is a huge crane lifting and moving heavy weights in suspension. Finally, I like the dimensions and the depth of the photograph so thought you may like it as well:)
