Generation Gap
Nada (means hope in Serbian) is selling flowers on the streets of Belgrade to support her grand children's education. She picks fresh flowers in the nearby forest and takes the bus to the city everyday hoping to make a sale. I've noticed her from across the street standing on corner in her red shoes. She was holding her flowers very gently while whispering sales pitches to the passers by. After few shots I've approached her and asked if I could take a closeup portrait. Nada is Serbia.
